It is, but then the leaves turn brown, the leaves fall off, the trees start to wilt, the trees all die, the grass turns brown, the grass fades away, the dirt's all that's left, the dirt bakes hard, the animals have no food, they die of hunger and thirst, the humans have no food, they die of thirst and hunger, the cities are deserted, empty buildings gaze at the burning sun, all is silent, all is dead, all is gone. The sun shines on. Dead bodies melt. Silent buildings crumble. The heat goes on, merciless and cruel. The summer continues. Forever.
