Talk to your brothers. ("Hey, please don't damage my books. I don't like it when you do, just like you wouldn't like it if I went into your room and broke your *insert prized possession here*. So please be careful with them if you're handling them.") Talk to your parents. ("Hey, my brothers are purposely damaging my stuff, and it's not ok; can you please get involved.") If possible, and if your brothers are shorter than you, keep the books you're most attached to on a high shelf that they can't reach.
Also, word of advice: don't force your brothers to read books they aren't interested in. It won't end well; I know from experience.

I make them replace my books. After they've shelled out 15-20 dollars on a book once or twice, they're more careful.

Leilani Sunblade, okay, thanks. Though they usually don't listen to me. But I shall try! Yeah, sometimes he likes reading it(btw it's actually Berinfell I'm trying to get him to read), but sometimes he doesn't. My mom and I are trying to get him to read at least something cause he just plays video games all day.

TheLostLordofAllyra: Thus why I said to get your parents involved if necessary. Liessa's idea is a good one, if your parents will help enforce it. And for the record, I'm in favor of getting your brother to read something. I'm just saying that it's a bad idea to try to force a particular book on him. Make the book he reads his choice; it'll make this work better.

That smiley face on the end makes that statement so innocent.

Haha, that's funny and horrible at the same time! I'm not sure if I should be concerned or not.
