Mikilah sighed, slightly annoyed and creeped out. "No thank you. I was just speaking with these fine jedi here."

"Be that as it may, the Temple is traditionally off-limits to those not within our order." Danaelle gripped her saberlance with both hands and rested the end on the ground, dividing her visage with an ignited bar of gleaming yellow. "Perhaps you would like an escort in your time here?" The tone of her voice said very clearly that the question was not a question. ((Saberlance/lightsaber pike: starwars.wikia.com/wiki/File:Emperors_Shadow_Guard.jpg ))

((Danaelle isn't suspicious or anything. She's just cautious, doing what any Jedi would do with a stranger in the Temple.))
Danaelle chose not to answer, despite the retort that sprang to her lips, and placed herself several metres from the group, where she would be out of the way, out of range of whispers, but still present.

Punisher walked casually toward the Jedi Temple, a smirk on his face. Everything would change. Everything was in place. as he neared the entrence he noticed someone he thought he recognized. "No. it cant be," he whispered as the faint shreak of a small gunship became louder and louder.

((@derago: I might pull up one of my Jedi to encounter your character tomorrow morning- I didn't have time yesterday or the day before, and I don't think I'll have time tonight either, since my reply for Dmitri is slightly higher priority.))
“Adherents of the dark side are not always Sith.” Elius blocked the slash and immediately countered with a hard smack to her lightsaber. “And consider this. When the light is absent, the shadows rule. We will always return. We cannot be dismissed forever.” His form seemed to swell, a raven’s cloak of shadow draping his shoulders and sweeping the floor. “You stand in Chaos, Ver Damere, beneath a million tons of cursed earth and stone. This temple has merged with the borderlands of the dark side’s source. Our power is infinite.”
Valene shook her head, forcing the dark whispers from her mind, and leapt, coming down at Elius in the Falling Leaf. His blade whipped out from facing Ver into a horizontal parry, and he swivelled himself to put her between him and Ver. She hissed her frustration and jabbed at his left shoulder with two swift thrusts. He was weaker there—deflecting thrusts had never been her father's forte. Yet he parried both of them, spinning around her, this time ending with his back to Samuel and Io'Nahsé. She spun out of the way, clearing room for Ver while she herself watched for another opening. Samuel and Io'Nahsé advanced as one. Samuel's twin sabers cycled through a flurry of sweeping Juyo slashes before he jerked forward and brought both in an X against Elius's vertical blade, locking with the fallen Protector's azure blade. ((I'm hoping that I have these positions right- I'm picturing it as Valene, Ver, Samuel, and Io'Nahse in a sort of half-circle around Elius. If I'm wrong, let me know and I'll rework this post.)) As Valene spun away, Ver moved swiftly back in, making small, feinting jabs. "Infinite? I think not. Even the Force is not infinite, Elius. All things have their ending." And yet power could be immense without being infinite. That, Ver was certain, Elius did have, whether or not they truly stood in Chaos as he said. Another reason to end this quickly. As Samuel caught Elius's blade in his, Ver grabbed a chance, thrusting under the crossed blades towards Elius's chest and gut.

A gunship broke the horizon brhind thr mysterious figue, heading straight for the Temple.

(( Lylyss, WookieeElf and CNGoodhue: Since the Jedi Temple appears to be under attack, I think now would be the best time for Aza, Dexus and Red to run away. Danaelle won't be following them, and the rest of the Temple Guard is occupied.)) Danaelle spun towards the approaching gunship and the person on foot. She narrowed her eyes as she scanned his appearance from head to foot. He obviously wasn't a Jedi—his clothes ruled that out. And his casual approach—that bespoke trouble. Jedi did not walk casually, and no respectful citizen of Tython would stroll up to the Jedi Temple. She commed the rest of the Temple Guard. "This is Kevlar. We have a standard alert. One armed man on foot, one gunship. Master Ta'Leen, I advise a raised shield and a flight of aces on standby." A fellow Temple Guard, Niger Saddoe, ran past her before she finished speaking. He paused next to Mikilah, Aza and Dexus. "Padawans, inside. This is a standard alert." And continued on towards the approaching man, followed by more Temple Guardsmen in twos and threes. "I have that," said Temple Guard Commander Arack Ta'Leen through the transmitter. "I have dispatched Kerie Tel and her flight to prepare for a possible attack."Danaelle nodded. "I copy. I will escort these Padawans inside and stand on the defensive."
Niger Saddoe slowed to a prowl as he neared Punisher, his saberlance ready but not ignited. "Your purpose here."
(( Leilani Sunblade: That's my perception too. Also, I'd like to discuss this subplot through PM, especially this new revelation of Elius. I have plans—plans I think you'll like in varying degrees—that require other story elements to fall in place beforehand.)) Colour bled from Elius's blue eyes, leaving behind a marbled stone-grey. He wrenched his blade from Samuel's cross and blasted him backwards with a surge of the Force. "All things, perhaps…except me." With Ver's lightsaber impaling his stomach, he stepped backwards, off the saber, and smiled. "Helm thought he killed me once…although I was not Elius Imarien to him. I was Alastor Dragonhelm, Mandalorian slaver, intruder on Umbara. I died, or so he thought. You know of Cognition and Decimation. Yet I am Threeborn." He raised his lightsaber and smiled. "My third is Preservation." Then he stepped aside…revealing, a floor-to-ceiling mirror glowing a dim red. "Behold the Mirror of Shades, and your initiation as an Acolyte of Chaos."
Samuel gripped his lightsabers harder and scrambled to his feet. He stared at Elius. Ver had struck—yet Elius had survived. What other powers did he possess? As the fallen Imarien Protector moved away, the tractive force of the Mirror of Shades drew Samuel's gaze. For a second, the Mirror reflected the room, Elius, Ver, Io'Nahsé, Valene, the shattered doors. Its edges blurred, and everything else fell away. In the Mirror, he saw himself. Yet himself fitted badly. The Samuel Jyngar he saw had fallen. Yellow eyes, red lightsabers, utter hatred, blazing a trail of destruction through… …a massive circular hall, with robed warriors fighting with blue and green lightsabers against his unstoppable force. Behind him, a trail of dismembered bodies. A grim old warrior with straight black hair and a scarred face lowered his dual sabers. His eyes blazed in recognition. His lips formed a silent appeal…a name. Samuel stretched out a hand, but his reflection did not. Si Dan!He shook his head. That name? How did he know that name? His reflection attacked the warrior…Si Dan. The warrior defended stoutly, sabers flickering in a Juyo-Jar'Kai mix Samuel knew well. His reflection's eyes blazed yellow. He knocked away Si's green saber and thrust a blood-red blade into the Jedi's chest. With the other blade, he beheaded the crumpling Jedi and kicked his body off the bloodshine lightsaber. The cry of "No!" was stifled in Samuel's throat. With silent vengeance, his reflection moved on, engaging another Jedi and slaughtering him within moments. Urwen Kel! Yet how did he know that name? Names sprang to his mind each time his reflection killed another Jedi. Jian Kee…Neera Talinth…Valin Sarsis…Ti…Kian Shekk…Kazadan Sarsis…Abriel Tow… Then he stood in the Jedi Council Chamber, and his reflection faced two last warriors. Valene Imarien. Twee Do. Her blue blade was pointed at his throat. Her eyes were hard, pain-filled. Behind her stood the Rodian figure of Twee Do, holding a purple lightsaber to bely his position as Senator. Twee Do! How do I know that name? The reflection of Samuel Jynjar wasted not a second. The bloodshine lightsabers flashed, and Valene fell, her eyes clouding over. Twee Do lasted only a second longer, but his whisper made it to Samuel's ears before he collapsed. "What happened, Rual?" Rual!Heat blazed into his ears and neck. He stepped back and tripped, falling hard. Shattered memories pieced themselves together. Finally he remembered! Rual! Rual Dett! His name!

(( Dmitri Pendragon: Copy that)) Red did a double-take out the window. Wait, who were those people? "Oh my, Miss Redden, the Jedi Temple Guard just issued a warning!" M-3 bustled over to her. "We must leave!" Redden nodded grimly. "Yeah." With that, she leapt up and quickly sliced through the wires in M-3's neck with the knife she stole from the mess hall. As the droid toppled over, she sighed. "Gonna miss you...not." She muttered as she picked up her datapad, switching on the sound. "Guys, we don't have time. I'm moving on the distraction now. Get ready."

Red's voice came out of the datapad. "Guys, we don't have time. I'm moving on the distraction now. Get ready." Suddenly, Temple Guards began silently bustling all around Dexus and Aza. Weird... Dexus ignored it and spoke back to Red through the datapad. "Alright. Meet us at the hangar."

Red nodded, clipping the datapad to her belt. "Got it. Beep me if there's trouble." She said as she snuck out of her room and into the hallway. Everything was quiet, since the Temple Guards must have been grouping to face the opposition...whatever it was. Kneeling by an air vent, Redden pried off the cover and reached inside. Grinning, she pulled out a small bag. Then, keeping an eye out for trouble, she headed down the hall, towards the main part of the Temple.

(Arrrright! Time for a big, bad, booty-kicking one-man army to show up! Feel free to tell me I went overboard on this guy x)
-Name: "Traull" -Race, Gender, Age: Human/near-human, Male, 30s-40s -Occupation: Ex-soldier mercenary -Appearance: Without armor: 1.8m/6'2", 84kg/185lb man with hardened physique, black crew cut hair and grey-hazel eyes. His face is chiseled and flecked with scars, and his mouth is a thin, slightly smirking line. With armor: A 7', 150kg blue-and-gray walking tank with full helm, adorned with the impression of some sort of beast's skull. -Clothing/Armor: Heavily modified prototype powered armor suit, blue with grey color scheme. The armor senses the spinal cord's nueral impulses and reacts with artificial muscle, multiplying the strength and speed of its operator. This also allows for full protection against most energy and kinetic weapons (refractive plating and energy screen, respectively). Traull has incorporated small amounts of rare cortosis alloy interlaced in the plating to increase resistance against lightsabers. -Weapons/Equipment: Traull's armor significantly increases his physical attributes, so a punch or kick can crush bone. It also mounts wrist and shoulder weapons systems. Traull possesses a large (and growing) personal armory aboard his ship, Doom Watcher , that includes various rifles, handguns, repeaters and munitions systems. His armor's hardpoints can carry several of these weapons at a time, depending on the situation, and he always has a vibrosword, a couple knives and a handgun on him. The armor suit also includes basic utilities and can mount equipment on the back hardpoints. -Skills/Weaknesses: Thraull is, by absolute definition, a warrior. With or without his armor he is a perfectly honed weapon and adept in all aspects of battle. He is strong, persistent and creative in pursuing his goals. However, he has shallow purpose and lives in a certain sense of denial. Bitter and selfish at heart, he has no capacity at trust and is overall socially dysfunctional. Prone to anger and not especially clever. -Personality: Traull is sort of strange and a little bit demented. He is rather sadistic with a twisted sense of humor, and finds combat exhilarating. He usually appears to be good-natured (in his own messed-up way) but is also characterized by dark moods. Overall, his purpose in life seems to be fighting for the sake of increasing his capacity to fight. He dislikes force users of any sort and take particular interest in the art of defeating them. -History: To be developed. Rumored to have worked with the Punisher. -Other: Physical attribute: When he was trained to use his powered armor suit, Thraull was augmented with hyper-ossified bones performance-enhancing serum that increases his muscle ability and tissue regeneration.
With a heavy clank and the dying whine of a jumpjet, Traull landed in a crouch near the Punisher and straightened, rolling his neck and straightening his ghoulish visage of a helmet. "What am I missing out on now, Puncher?" He addressed the man with the detonator in hand.

Mikilah fired a warning shot intended to go right by the hulking warrior's ear. "Alti!! What are you doing!?"
Punisher looked at his partner. "Oh, nothing too big. Haha." His composure slipped for a slit second. His sister was alive?! No. She had chosen the wrong side. She had thrown her lot in with his enemy. "Looks like you chose wrong, sister." He pushed the button. An explosion came from within the highest spire of the temple.
Mikilah's eyes grew wide in fear. She fired an armor percing arrow aimed right for Traull's head.

Red stumbled as an explosion rocked the Temple. They were under attack! "Looks like I don't need the distraction after all..." She muttered, yanking out her data-pad. "Guys, heads-up, someone provided a distraction for us. Move to the docking bay—now!" Shoving the data-pad back onto her belt, she dashed down the hall. There was no way she was going to give up this chance at freedom.

(Thanks Wookie Traull hadn't even turned his attention to Mikilah, so he didn't notic the arrow until it was hissing right in front of his face. With a crackle of reddish sparks, his armor's kinetic energy screen negated the force of the projectile and it glanced off his helmet. Without so much as a flinch, Traull turned to look at Alti through his ghastly helmet visor. "That...was rude." There was a metallic clank as the blaster assault rifle on his back slid up towards his reaching hand. " Alright then! I'm ready!" He hollered as he began to pour automatic blasterfire at Mikilah with deadly aim.

Mikilah desperately dodged the automatic blaster. She drew the lightsabres, locked them together, and spun them around, blocking the shots best she could.
Punisher walked forward, but Mikilah positioned herself so that he would have to walk right into her wildly swinging blades. "Really?" He raised an eyebrow.

Punisher walked toward the entrance. "Kill anyone else who resists," he said to his cohort.
