2. WUT. That doesn't sound like it should be physically possible. How does that even work? *makes mental note to invest in good rain/snowgear* 3. That's good.

Ha. Ha. Ohio winters. The weather here is really not too bad, and I don't know much about NY winters but unless they're really pleasant I don't see Ohio being worse any time soon xD I'll start taking this place seriously when I get a white Halloween. I've experienced that before. As it is, it's just a bit chilly every once and a while. Sure, I was freezing at 7:30 am this morning, but it was an anomaly. I can't l can still wear a light windbreaker most days. Also, to your points about college, Leilani: 1. I'm 12 hours away. I know the pain. It's only rough (for me anyways) when you can't go to events back home, like my friends being in the school play and all that. 2. See above 3. I definitely feel you here. Most students do.

jliessa44: . . . Considering that last winter for both VA and NY was really, really cold, like waaaaay below average . . . I'm not sure whether or not to worry. @ellron: I have not experienced an NY winter yet, but to my understanding they're cold and snowy and yeah. 1. 12 hours? Ouch. 3. Yeah, I guessed . . .

hmmm. I dunno what those winters would be like. But honestly, the weather is only bad in that you can have a a really warm day and have the next be 50° Winter hits in January, come April/May it's cold turning warm. Then late June you have summer. Then in eehhhh. October-ish it's warm turning cold. And the. You start over in January.

In VA, I'm pretty sure we had a few weeks where it never got above freezing; in NY, it was below 0 for a pretty long time. How cold are winters there, generally?

New York and PA get really brutal lake effect. But we also actually have TOPOGRAPHY to protect us from the wind. Last winter the wind chill was -40 here at Cedarville!!!

I feel like you might've just insulted VA with the topography comment, but I could be wrong. xD . . . oh stars. That's cold.

Who says Christmas doesn't start until after Thanksgiving? My house and especially my room is decked out in lights and stockings and other decorations and stuff and look at my profile picture, I even bought myself a Santa hat! December goes too soon, so I'm starting it early this year. XP CNGoodhue I totally agree with you!!!!! Tree goes up in our house in October and traces of Christmas can be found in it throughout the year! And I love your Santa hat!!! ^_^ I've got one just like it!

Winter starts in January? That's sad. My winter starts in November/early December and goes until late March/early April xD
Being below 32 F for a few weeks is crazy--in the, it stays colder for longer where I'm used to, sort of way xP

The flatness of OH depends solely on where you live.

Thanks Angel! No, I don't have lyrics yet but if I end up actually writing a whole song out of that riff I will come up with lyrics. :) My older brother (Caleb) is good friends with Cameron Mizell, a dude who is really big in the metalcore genre and has produced a bunch of great albums. He has his own solo project on Rise Records (a huge metalcore record label) called "Time Traveller", and two years after putting together an EP he decided to revive it. So Caleb is going to be the guitarist, and a couple other guys that Caleb was working with originally are going to be in as well. They're releasing an album next year and then touring. Pretty cool.
