I dreamed that Dmitri Pendragon was in the US. :P Unfortunately, in a sadistic twist of fate, he was in Florida. I was like "Dude, I'm a penniless college student! I've got books and loans and housing and clothing and ramen noodles to buy before I go on a road trip to Orlando." :( It was pretty disappointing.

NightBlade: Freaky! Lylyss: Ugh, that would stink! Funny- it just hit me that all of us 2nd gen Elves are either in college or college age at least, yet I still picture most of you in your early teens. My UG mind is frozen in time, apparently.

NightBlade: I think you need to cut back on something. That's creepy. Lylyss: Ouch. Yeah . . . though I don't know why Dmitri Pendragon would go to Florida, honestly. There's got to be decent beaches down in NZ and Australia, and so the only real draw of Florida would be the theme parks, probably . . . Of course, in terms of places he'd be likely to go not specifically to visit a UGer, the area around my house and the area around my college are probably lower on the list than Florida. Elethia Arvell: Don't worry. I'm the same way with some people on here. xD Or else I actually know what they look like, yet I consistently picture them differently. (For example, I have seen pictures of Ryebrynn multiple times, yet I still imagine her looking kind of like Lucy from Narnia.)

Thanks to an onset of allergies, my dreams weren't that great. Like...my house was being haunted by a mean ghost and it was creepy.

@leilani: Same! I've seen pictures of Jake of the Sadaar, but I forever picture him as a tall, scrawny dark-haired boy with huge nerd glasses. I don't know why... that's just how I imagined him when I first got on. WookieeElf: Ooh, haunted dreams are no fun. I've had several dreams in which my house or another facility is poisoned with demonic activity. Those dreams usually involve me getting on my knees and praying fervently. Speaking of Elves and their appearances, does anyone still have dreams about the Underground and its inhabitants? I know Lylyss mentioned Dmitri up there. It's been a while, but I actually used to dream like that frequently.

That would be a fun dream to have. Usually, in my UG dreams, I would be trying to save the world in one way or another, and encounter several Elves on the way as they took on the parts of various allies. Often times they would be on a quest of their own, and we'd just stop to say "Hey!" and have coffee. XD

I've hardly had any UGer dreams . . . which is sad. *sighs* I'd like to have more. Just like I'd like to have fandom dreams. But I never seem to get them- mostly I just get weird looping dreams that go the same story two or three times before I wake up.

@leilani: Same here. I think the more I interact here, though, the more the dreams will return.
I actually had ONE fandom dream. I was on a quest with Thor and Loki (and probably some other folks), and we were traveling from world to world during a war that stretched over the universe. But I can't remember much aside from the fact that all three of us were disguised as biker punks at some point.

Leilani Sunblade: I've had at least one, possibly two dreams with you. I can't remember the details. I think you were moving house. (I helped several families move house around the time of the dream, so I doubt it directly relates to your move.) Lylyss: Should I spend the money to go to the USA, it would be to meet the rest of the UGers. I have no desire to visit theme parks or sunny Floridian beaches. I would, however, happily cover the cost of the ramen noodles so that you could pay for some of the travel costs.

Man, y'all must have Marvel comics on the mind a lot!
So I had a zombie survival dream that involved me arming myself with a large bread knife shaped like Sting, skii-crashing down a snowy mountain in the middle of summer, and after I clambered back up the slope there was a dramatic confrontation with a zombie that used to be a friend of mine. But I woke up before the fight o_0

I had this dream a while ago: went to San Francisco with some friends. We were walking down the street when all of a sudden they took off running. I tried to catch up but soon became disoriented and somehow found myself on the "wrong side of town". I stumbled into a group of guys who were in a heated argument. One of them pulled a gun but dropped it, and I accidentally stepped on it. The guy got really mad and I took off running, but he picked up the gun and shot me in the back, stopping my retreat. Then they surrounded me but someone I couldn't see picked them all off with an assault rifle. He then showed himself: a crazy guy with long wispy white hair; a scientist, I guessed. He pulled out a tangled wire with what looked like a flashlight attached to one end. It was some sort of electrical shock device. He tried to use on me, but suddenly two of my friends and one other girl I didn't recognize showed up and stopped him. They called 911 and I was rushed to the hospital. The last thing I remember is being administered anesthesia before being operated on.

I broke the fourth wall last night... I dreamed I was traveling back in time, and went to 19th-century France. I accidentally got into the middle of a gunfight (extremely unlucky considering the timeline) and this one girl was shot and was wounded seriously. There were no doctors in the area, and she was going to die if she didn't get medical attention! I remember pulling out a small coin and throwing it on the ground, expecting a time-dimensional portal (don't ask me why. It seemed like the best option). Of course, nothing happened. I thought "that sort of thing only happens in a dream." Then I realized "I am dreaming!" The portal sprung to life. Then I woke up.

Kirenyth Fireblade: That's some dream! It's funny that your dream self realized how ridiculous the situation was and likened to a dream. XD Last night, I dreamed that it was the opening night of Star Wars Episode VIII. My sisters and I settled into our theater seats, and the movie began. The crawl slid by, and the camera panned to the wide, starlight space as a small ship approached a small planet. On the ground, the ship set down smoothly, and out stepped... the newly married couple, Rey and Finn! I thought, Oh, wow! They really skipped a lot, didn't they? I guess Rey is a fully trained Jedi now? I was pretty disappointed that we didn't get to see her train with Luke or face off against Snoke. In the movie, Rey and Finn began setting up their new farm, which was actually pretty enjoyable to watch; seeing a Jedi in a domestic setting. But then the plot twist came... While Finn went to a nearby spaceport to pick up some supplies, Rey started putting the finishing touches on her gardens. All of a sudden, the music flared, and Kylo Ren's ship landed right in front of her! She activated her lightsaber and prepared for a fight, expecting a regiment of Storm Troopers to emerge in a blaze of blaster fire. But instead, Kylo stepped out and said that he had come alone, abandoning Snoke and the Knights of Ren in order to profess his undying love for Rey! 0_0 After that, he somehow managed to kidnap her in order to convince her that he was the guy for her, not Finn. Finn, in the mean time, teamed up with Poe Dameron, BB8, Artoo, and C3PO to find Rey and get her back. At the end of the dream, I left the theater thinking it was a really interesting story, but it played out like some sappy fanfic. I was also really, REALLY bummed that they completely skipped all the Jedi training, romantic buildup, epic battles, and traded it for the plot of a romantic comedy.

That is quite funny, Elethia Arvell. XD Sounds just like a spoof of it somebody is going to make. Last night I had a dream that I was hiking up a mountain (Appalachian style, low and wood covered) with a bunch of people. We came to this big, empty church beside a field of rocks. I nearly went on ahead while everyone started looking around the church, looking for someone or something, but I thought better of it because I remembered that in waking life I had nearly been bit by a rattlesnake on such a mountain. I went back to the sanctuary and climbed up a round stairway in a tower that came out behind the pulpit. Suddenly I realized I was with Dmitri Pendragon and NightBlade, and we were Jedi. The pastor was hiding on the choir section above the pulpit, riding a round, wrinkly, hairless beast that was six feet tall. There were a dozen other Jedi with us. We battled him. I don't remember what that was like, exactly, only that there were a lot of lasers going about and then Pastor Sith was dead, and his beast was either dead or mortally wounded. I felt sorry for the latter, for he was just a dumb, enslaved beast. I talked to Dmitri and NightBlade a bit before the dream ended. They told me that we had to do this again soon. XD

I had a dream that Lylyss was going to a university in Spain. There was no context—in the dream it was just a fact related to my dreamself. Last night I dreamed that I was a character in the third Jackaby book (Ghostly Echoes, which I haven't read yet). For those who don't know, it's pretty similar to Sherlock Holmes but with a supernatural twist. I was a Dr. Watson sort of character, who was an addition to the original pair (R. F. Jackaby and Abigail Rook) of detectives. I don't remember much, only that the villain was a metalworker, and at one point I shot him with my last bullet—and it bounced off a metal implement the villain wore on his chest. At the end of the book, Abigail Rook and I discovered that Jackaby was in hospital. Naturally we rushed to his aid. I, being a doctor, tried to discover from the medics the precise nature of his ailment, but they could not answer. All they could say was that he might die any day. Upon questioning Jackaby, I discovered that he had sworn himself to a certain supernatural creature in return for the aid of dragonish creatures (who never appeared in the book) and that he had been unable to fulfil some kind of vow and was thereby dying. I remember little more except that the title of the last book was Scarr and it had flames on the front.

Dmitri Pendragon: You have Jackaby dreams. Why don't I have Jackaby dreams? Instead I dream about getting confused at the discipleship group sign-ups. This is storming not fair. That being said, your dream sounds awesome, except the bit where Jackaby was dying. That's sad. But I shall choose to believe that you found some way to save him at the end and just forgot (or else woke up before you could manage that).
