If you're willing, we could do some long-distance Truth or Dare. :P (Long-distance Truth or Dare is when it takes hours/days to reply, as opposed to playing when both writers are online.)

Dare!

Lol. Good one. I think it was probably Redwall. After everything the characters had gone through, I shed a tear of joy to see them end up so wonderfully, perfectly happy. They certainly deserved a peaceful ending.
Write the worst poem that you possibly can. >:D

Symbolic of something? What are you alluding to? Has my subconscious made me say something profound?! XD
I dare you to write a paragraph defaming your own WIP.

Symbolic of something? What are you alluding to? Has my subconscious made me say something profound?! XD I dare you to write a paragraph defaming your own WIP. Lol! XD Yes, I do believe that you have encapsulated the depravity our our generation in just three lines. The hammer is obviously symbolic of consumer culture. Okeydokes, here it goes! *dons snobby beret and hipster glasses* *clears throat* Thirty minutes ago, I read the last page of Lylyss' Book, and I haven't stopped laughing. Not on account of the jokes. Not on account of the plot. Rather, I laugh at the author herself, who devoted hours and hours to the birthing of this monster. Why not take a part-time job? Become a productive member of society? No, declares Ms. Silvertree! Instead, she has imposed her novel upon the world. But I hesitate to use the word "novel." "Digression" or "soap opera" would be far more accurate. Her characters are absurd in their complexity. This is especially true of the narrator, whose antiquated speech presents the otherwise-boring plot like a Bollywood melodrama. - Joe Chizzle, New York Times Critic:P Truth or Dare?

Lylyss: Let's see ... oh yes. Clipping my fingernails. I do that all the time when I want to procrastinate. XD When was the last time you actually sat down and wrote?? NightBlade That would be great. I think it'll happen though. Sometime soon.

Interesting ... I shall do it in a bit. Right now I just realized I have to write 1000 words in about half an hour. Focus, Warry, focus!

Warrior of Aror: My current high score of how many words I can write in half an hour is 958. That was yesterday. It's possible.

Post by Warrior of Aror on Jul 27, 2016 12:30:27 GMT
Dmitri Pendragon: Possible, but improbable. Apparently my brain processes things slower. I ended up with 220 words. My half hour was somewhat disjointed. Well, I'm leaving for another 3-4 days again, so I'm going to set a timer for half an hour this morning and I will do everything I can to beat your record. > : D

Improbable, I admit. But when I decided to write badly for this draft—it's just a draft!—that's when the words starting coming.
Oh yeah. Fight away, Warrior.

Unfortunately, when I try to write quickly (and therefore badly) I underwrite. So it really doesn't work out for me very well if I try to write a lot quickly. XD I did write 3,000 words yesterday, though. I'm pleased with that. It's a third more than my minimum daily word goal.
