Does Quicksilver run at the speed of light? I'm not very familiar with his powers, though I've seen a few clips of him using them in Age of Ultron. He didn't appear to be moving as fast as Flash can ostensibly run.

Quicksilver can run well over the speed of light; he outran radio waves. He can run (at lower speeds, like 700 ish) mph basically forever without tiring, and without depending on speed force which can be taken away from Flash. And of course he's got the basic super strength, stamina, healing, etc as well.

To be fair, though, in the right conditions the Flash has run through time. More than once. And because his power is connected to the speed force (and least in the TV show, and we seem to be using those versions), he can also increase his speed more or less indefinitely.

NightBlade: One day I'll get around to watching these things. Ellron Silvertree: Heheh, well, the speed of time is one second per second. I thumbed through a Flash graphic novel at my library a few weeks ago, mainly because I have a character with super speed powers and I wanted to see how other writers have used them. Maybe it would be a valuable venture to start reading a few comics.

Dmitri Pendragon Heheh well I'm a geek, so I try to learn about all of their stats and explotoits without necessarily consuming all of their source material. Fox (X-Men) version of Quicksilver was better imo. As for flash, well, DC always OPs and breaks characters x) HWW!?!? A manticore or a chimaera?

Heh, that's true. They do. I actually do a lot of the same, NB. That and I have friends who are big into comic books so they teach me things. I have a bit more knowledge on the side of story and lore than stats, though.
Do you mean the mythical creatures or something from like Halo? Either way I'm not really sure. I'm a little more inclined to say manticore, though, because it appears to be able to fly.
